applevectorsmallScrapping the tongue is so important each day upon awakening before drinking or swallowing any liquids. From removing toxins from GI tract to colon to removing bad breath and digestion to assisting bowl movements.

Drinking hot water with lemon/lime mixed with honey and some sea salt is another tip I tell clients. During Fall to late Spring this cleans out lymph flushes out toxins grounds the body and mind during colder months kindles digestion and also great for hang overs too.

Self lymph massage is great for weight loss, clogged lymph GI problems, colds flu fatigue and more. One can start with opening up the chest/heart area light massage then move to the neck area then face around ears moving to arms to hands back to heart then belly then legs.
