An easy tip to start getting healthier in the New Year: Buy the right organic food. Not all organic foods are equal and some give you more nutrients than others. So I’ve broken down which foods you really, really
need to purchase organic and then foods that you can get away with by not buying organic. This way you can focus on getting healthy, all while saving a little money.

strawberriesThe dirty dozen – buy these organic: celery, peaches, strawberries, apples, blueberries, nectarines, bell peppers, spinach, cherries, kale/collard greens, potatoes, and grapes

The clean 15 – buy them organic if possible, but you can get away with regular fruits and veggies: onions, avocado, sweet corn, pineapple, mangos, sweet peas, asparagus, kiwi, cabbage, eggplant, cantaloupe, watermelon, grapefruit, sweet potato, honeydew melon.”
