waterSimplest, no-brainer tip is to drink more water (1/2 cup or 4 oz every hour). Fresh, filtered water – you don’t (and shouldn’t – but that’s another subject) need to buy bottled water. Just pick up a filter water pitcher (like Brita) and run tap water through. To mix it up, add a lemon or lime wedge or a few slices of cucumber. Keep a water bottle in the car and a glass at your desk to remind you to drink. Your body will flush out toxins more easily, you’ll feel fuller longer, and you’ll be less fatigued (many studies have tied fatigue to dehydration). Your skin will glow!
