waterJumpstart 2013 with natural Detoxification methods to add to your daily regimen.

1. Jumpstart activating liver detox pathways, by drinking a glass of bottled water with 1/2 squeezed organic lemon and 1 teaspoon of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar. Wait 30 minutes to eat. Best in the morning.

2. Juice – I use Breville juicer and make a detox drink with kale, lemons, parsley, cilantro, apples and carrots – absolutely tasty!

3. Drink ginseng tea for renewed vitality after the holidays.

4. Drink more water to keep yourself hydrated – so many people are dehydrated!
