
Another healthy tip courtesy of Warren Martin
Most every year everyone make plans for the new year fitness goals. Everyone tends to go for the typical cut this out or add this exercise. What is missed is the mental side to you reaching your goals. You need to write these goals down and then with each write down every personal reason why you want these goals. Put names and situations to these goals. So they actually mean something. For example if you want to lose weight and you are going to stop drinking sodas write down I want to do this because through the holidays I saw my 2 year old son Tim looking so happy. And he was able to say and come to daddy….. I can’t imagine not him being able to enjoy that part so allowing myself to become unhealthy would be my fault if I get a weight related disease. It is very important to be detailed because if it is done in a general sense, it is easy to not to take it seriously.
