1. First thing in the morning, drink a full glass of water. It will speed up the metabolic rate in your body.
2. Craving that mid-day snack? Have an apple. Its low in calories and doesn’t contain any saturated fats.
3. Before a workout, do a five minute stretch with a 10 minute warm up and you will burn more fat and help prevent injury.
4. Right after a workout, you have a 30 minute block to consume protein for the best muscle recovery results.
