How To Become A Real Estate Boss

3. Why did you get into writing books?

This is actually the first book I have written. As a real estate broker and owner of a real estate school I am often asked the same questions from so many people who are trying to get into real estate or relaunch a failing real estate business. I wrote this book to provide those clear straight forward answers to people who need to know the steps to take to get launch the real estate career that they have dreamed of.

4. What advice can you give young authors?

The advice I would give to young or new authors is to start with a clear outline of exactly what you want the book to consist of (the content). My writing coach and editor helped me iron out an incredibly detailed outline which made the writing process smooth. Whenever I would get off track, I would come back to that outline to ensure that the information I was writing was in line with my intentions for the book.

5. What is your book about and what inspired you to write it?

My book is 2% about me and 98% about the reader. Although I do share my story in the beginning of the book and my advice throughout, the main content is to help the reader recognize their purpose and help them make a plan that best fits their skill-set and personality. This book helps them recognize that they real estate goals are achievable while helping them pivot to the daily activities that will help them make those goals a reality.

My journey in real estate has not been an easy one, but it has definitely been worth it. My overall goal is to help people especially women use real estate to fund their purpose and their bank accounts which will take the limits off of their faith and income. There is no glass ceiling in real estate and with the right foundation and support you can have the money and lifestyle you desire.
