Our guests include doctors, soccer stars, Super Bowl champions, NBA players, Olympic gold medalist, entrepreneurs, celebrities, and just regular people looking to share their story. We hope you enjoy it!

1. Your name, title, and age? What do you do (or did you do) for a living?

Patricia Greenberg, Owner of THE FITNESS GOURMET, an educational consulting firm specializing in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness seminars, and media appearances.

2. Who was the person that inspired you as a child to eat healthy and stay fit? What was their relationship to you?

I was a heavy, unathletic child until young adulthood. l was going to college and needed a home economics course to graduate. I had a nutrition teacher there that took care of herself, and believed that I could do the same.

3. What did they do to inspire you?

She was disciplined in her work, her fitness, her eating habits and always followed through. She praticed what she preached!!!

4. How did their lesson change your life?

I realized that I could be a success in everything I do, but even more so if I was fit and ate well.

5. Do you convey their message to kids in your life presently?

Yes, I have become a nutrition professional because of her, and I help out at schools and youth groups to get children active and eating well. This also includes the parents!!!

6. What would be your main message to children today to lead healthy lifestyles?

I would recommend to children to play outdoors, get away from the electronics and just be carefree. A great option is of course organized sports, and it is cheap and sometimes free at public parks. Schools should also organize fitness activites for fundaisers instead of bake sales and other food related rewards.

7. Do you have a web site you would like to promote….web address only?
