waterbottle“The key to staying energized is to stay hydrated! Drink fluids before a workout, during and after a workout and your body will work harder to burn more calories. Studies have shown that being as little as 2% dehydrated can zap energy and make you perform with less intensity. Besides drinking water, a favorite for me during workouts is vitamin water.
