Why did you get into writing books?

Writing started as a hobby for me as I enjoyed Screenwriting using programs such as Celx and later that passion or hobby of writing screenplays turned into novels and in turn poetic works. I’ve always loved storytelling, and being able to turn experiences, both real and imagined, I would say I’m a hobbyist writer and screen writer.

What advice can you give young authors?

Don’t worry about being perfect focus on being honest, we need to make mistakes to then learn and reflect on our journey, don’t be afraid to share your voice with the world, I held back publishing my work for years due to other circumstances and recently I decided to just release and see we’ll here we are.

What is your book about and what inspired you to write it?

Verses of Desire is a deeply personal collection of poetry that explores love, heartbreak, and the longing that follows when something meaningful slips away. It’s inspired by real emotions—by real lived moments and imagined moments where I felt everything and needed to put it into words. The title comes from one of the most emotional lines I’ve written: “All I ever wanted, now you’re gone.” This book is a journey through vulnerability, connection, and healing.
