homeImproving your living space can be one the easiest and best things you can do for your health. Homes become cluttered with belongings, dust, dander, mold, and chemicals without you even knowing it. All of these things can become a burden on your immune system and your health. Try a do it yourself air test kit to see how healthy your home is. Or simply start with a personal examination of you home to see if there are areas of improvement. Simple things like changing to green cleaning products for dusting (vinegar and water), purchasing a HEPA vacuum, removing gasoline and paints from being stored in the house to an outside shed, can all help to start you on your way to a healthier home
and a healthier you.
