A goal for 2013 is to improve the health of both your mind and body by reducing stress.
· Exercise is a great way to reduce stress!
· It is important that your exercise class experience be it barre, cardio, boot camp or yoga be a mind body experience.
· Move A Muscle, Change A Thought
For the kids, when you enter the classroom, you should be taught to:
· Listen to the teachers cues……don’t THINK about the cues, instead REACT.
· Focus on your breath, clear your mind of your thoughts
· Create a “flow” experience for yourself where you have a present, single minded, focused experience

Stress Sucks! Whenever i get stressed i start to breakout. I found that listening to relaxing music then getting in a good workout works best. Stress can affect all parts of our body we need to start relaxing more and live a more stress free life.
